Chips from two different Riverboat casinos are confusing me. President Casino, Davenport, IA and President Casino,
Biloxi, MS have apparently issued similar NCV chips. See my picture. My question is simple, can you determine if each chip was issued by the IA or the MS casino, just by looking at the chip? Could some of these chips have been used in both locations? I realize these chips are listed within the CHIP GUIDE, I'm looking for any additional information.
