I never said or meant to suggest that you or anyone else is a second class citizen becasue they smoke but at the same time, I would like to think that I am not one either.
Working on the premise that I'm sitting at a slot machine and someone sits down next to me and says do you mind if I smoke. I can either say, sure go ahead, or I would prefer you didn't. That would be fine that would show a bit of consideration for my rights
However if the person were to be inconsiderate and just light one up and I asked him not to, he could within his rights tell me no.
My question would be, where are MY rights.
Should I be the one forced to move if I were bothered by the smoke or should he.
I hope next time when we meet at Harrah's you have no objection to me sitting next to you playing my tuba
