I just picked up quite a few of these chips and think they may be from an old card room in California. The LOUI is spelled just like that. H/C mold, some yellow 25c w/3 blue inserts and dk green $5 w/3 yellow inserts. Gold stamping is difficult to read so I'm sure they were well used, but no staining.
