If I posted signs telling potential patrons that this was a smoking establishment and hired people who have no problem working in a smoking environment, what business is it of the governments to tell me what i can or cannot do in my own place of business?
Whats next, the government telling me what I can do in my own home, what I can eat, when I can sleep?
Last time I checked smoking was legal and until it becomes illegal I believe that the government is infringing on my personal property rights to tell me what I can and cant do (Assuming I am not doing anything illegal).
If my bar was owned and the rent paid for by the City, County or Federal Government, thats another story. But as long as I am the owner, make the payments and take all the risks, it shoudl be my choice what to allow and what to not allow.
I am not sure how anyone can see it any differently.
