The top row from the Regency was a Cali card room in Bell, CA. Open from 81 to 87 (info from cashcoinconnection.com)

The chip on the lower left is from the Sahara Reno and the lower right is from Harvey's Lake Tahoe (I think it says it on there).

As for value, no idea on all accounts, but I do know that the Saraha Reno has been sold by the 100's before.
