The color doesn't look right (the one you show looks like ORANGE or MUSTARD rather than OCHRE), V6523 doesn't mention a serial number or that it's oversized.
I'll add it as a different chip unless the attributor says it's the same one. What color would you say the chip is? Would you say the the inlay is white or gray?
