Of course they do...
Of course they do, but it's not like they took the job understanding that there was no smoking, then all of a sudden the world changed and folks started smoking. Maybe they should consider it a hazard of the job, just like my relatives that have spent lives working with chemicals to kill ants and spiders and termites. I'm not trying to say "too bad", but rather that it's a hazard they knew about at the time they took the job. It's not the same as, but similar to folks that buy a house next to an airport, then start complaining about the noise of jets taking off and landing.
I know that the time for smokers is running out pretty much everywhere, hell, we can't even walk around OUTSIDE and smoke anywhere in downtown Burbank anymore without risking a $300 fine. I'm just sayin'...
