As a kid, my parents would go, sometimes taking us kids with them. I believe I had some playing cards. My grandmothier gave me a pair of Fremont dice in the late 1960's/early 1970's. In 1988, I collected my first few chips after some big craps wins. I then started collecting dice on craps wins and playing cards when I could get them for free. In Reno in the mid 1990's, free cards were plentiful. I used a bunch of decks, and kept the rest. I think I kept one of each type, but maybe not. In 2002 or 2003, I started looking for some Vegas World $1 chips to put in keychain holders for friends I first went to Vegas as an adult with. I happened upon a few chippers' sites (Monte Schuff, Charles Kaplan and a few others) and this site...and the rest is history.
