That's because the non smoking sections are the CLOSED tables.
I believe it doesn't say anything about 75% of the OPEN tables have to be NON Smoking.
I honestly don't know what the current law says, but I do know a casino worker referred to the open vs. closed table issue when doing the funny math.
Did you stop going to bars when they didn't allow you to smoke?
Did you stop going to restaurants when they didn't allow you to smoke?
Did you stop going to concerts when they didn't allow you to smoke?
Did you stop flying on planes when they didn't allow you to smoke?
Let's pass the bill for the health of the other gamblers and casino workers and start worrying about other things like how to attract more people to Atlantic City.
