I am about as far from being a Barney Frank fan as they come but please explain to me how one congressman is responsible for the huge mess we are in??? One person cannot enact legislation by himself. The problem has been set in place by multiple legislation over the past 10 to 15 years by our US Congress (in control by both political parties at one time or another,) presidents from both political parties, and finally, public and private corporations. Finger pointing at any level will not fix the problem.
