COTY awards ceremonies would be the perfect time to present it don't you think?
And to be honest...there seems to have been controversies over the COTY award the past little while and I think that it would be fun(NOTE THAT WORD....FUN) to have member chips up for a special award so that there would be no casino politics involved.
Hell....I would/will even volunteer as a helper or organizer just to ease the pressure on Jim or any other judges.
