I had inquired at the Palms in Mid-August as to concert chips being produced in the future. I rcvd an e-mail stating that the Nevada Gaming Control Board will no longer allow Concert chips to be made. #1 Does anyone know the exact wording? #2 When did that become effective?, and #3 What was the reason?
