This past OTY cycle I opened a webpage for "PC Candidate" submissions with narry a submission!

Past discussions have indicated a general concept conflict when doing OTY events (yearly) with a PC event, which is more often considered a Best of from past years.

As the OTY Awards Chairman, I am always interested in the ffuture of the OTY program and will always consider options and suggestions to promote the overall program.

When I return from vacation, I will try to link to those past discussions. Being on my handheld it is somewhat difficult.
