That is the way I use to do it but now there is no CUSTOMIZE VIEW or ADVANCED OPTIONS showing on the opening page after an item desciption is entered. Only ADVANCED SEARCH & CUSTOMISE VIEW, both of which do nothing.
Could it be that I should click the 'opt out' button?
