I've learned long ago not to predict the outcome of cases--e.g., I told my students that OJ would be found guilty for his wife's murder. However, I agree with Barry that if things get worse for him, he'll seek a plea. But will the prosecution accept it? Sounds like they are building a strong case even though they are relying in part on tstimony from co-conspirators. If no plea is reached and if the jury doesn't mind the smell of the prosecution's witnesses, and convicts I think O.J. will be playing football in a maximum security prison. I don't see him getting probation. For what it's worth and it probably isn't worth much.
