This whole political posting garbage has gotten way out of hand. And that is being said by someone who not only loves to talk politics but feels that we should have the freedom to discuss anything we like on this board.
I see way to many posts from both sides that are made by people who are unformed as to the truth.
You want some facts, here are some facts:
1) Most people who support Obama will continue to support Obama no matter what is said here on the board
2) Most people who support McCain will continue to support McCain no matter what is said here on the board
3) George Bush is NOT running for another term (no matter what you have heard)
4) There have been a lot of what people would say were bad Presidents in the past and there will continue to be questions about those in the future.
There should be no place in politics for people attacking someone's Race, Gender or Religion. Some of the people I have seen making posts should be ashamed of themselves for what they have said.
There is absolutely no need to attack or throw stones at Obama, McCain or the latest target Palin
Please educate yourselves on the platforms of each candidate and make your vote accordingly.
I would like to think that all Americans want the same thing…. A solid economy, a safe place to call home and successful future for all Americans.
The only thing that these hateful posts on the board do is divide people who used to be friends, and for what?
I have made my fair share of political posts in the past. I would like to believe that I have never attacked anyone unjustifiably, never been intentionally insulting towards another person about their choice of candidate, and never posted anything that is knowingly untrue.
So why do people feel its necessary to bring Race, Gender or religion into their political tirades?
Just something to think about before someone makes another post bashing someone else's choice for President.
