I'm not saying your criticized him, but you correctly pointed out several inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the original post. One of those was the date of joining, which Mr. Garrad attributed to a typo. The original post contained numerous typos or misspelled words, but I cut people a lot of slack because English is not always their first language (and I certainly make my share of typos).

Anyone wishing to stir up the pot needs to make sure they are being accurate because, like I said in my post, this type of issue demands accuracy rather than rumor-mongering - particularly in a public forum like this.
