Kind of confusing. Looks like they reduced or eliminated the listing fee for fixed price (buy it now) items, but have a 12% final value fee if it sells -- 0 to $50 sale. Look:

But look at the bottom of that page for the 12% on: Parts & Accessories, Clothing, Shoes & Accessories, all other categories (that's us -- chips).
