The Golden Tulip was the name of the Aruba Caribbean Hotel after it changed hands. I have never heard that there were any chips made for there. In fact, I have never seen any casino items bearing that name. I am sure that the Hotel owners may have owned other hotels in the Caribbean, though, and your chips may have been used at one of them (assuming there were any). Can you send me a copy of the chipco scan? I would be very interested to see it.
