I don't think I've ever seen one from the Silver Club and I am certain I haven't seen one that was good for a bet. That was a great find - from back in the good old Golden Camel Bar days at the Silver Club.

Too bad we have lost access all the great scans Dave had - maybe he'll drop back by and reconnect.
