If the advertised item (pictured/displayed/described) is not what it was advertised to be, you should request a full refund (including the postage, shipping, handling, and insurance). You should not be out any money at all, that includes any fees or payments to return your refund. This is basic good business, whether you are dealing with an individual or a large corporation. I know that sometimes an item doesn't always appear the same when it is scanned and the image posted on the internet, but more times than naught, people use the same images over and over and over again to sell what they have in abundence. One transaction went well, the other didn't. Express your "concerns" with the seller and leave feedback accordingly with each transaction. The bottom line, in these types of situations, let your conscience be your guide.
