I work very hard on ebay to make my customers happy. Lately my beef is with their fee's. They are starting to get out of control. However, feedback is taken very seriously, especially with Powersellers. If they don't maintain a good response, they lose their status. If your a serious buyer on ebay, you look at the feedbacks too. So, a bad feedback can have a direct impact on them, and if they aren't willing to protect that, then you need to show them that you won't be afraid to do it. If they won't work it out, give it to them the only way you can. 7 years, 2 bad feedbacks for me, and one was a defective phone, that I got my money refunded to me. IT WORKS.
