I looked at your Alaska report and saw you got a pic of the NCL poker table rake notice.
I guess you wont believe this, BUT, this is the rake schedule in 2008....

10% up to a max $25 if the hand ends on or before the flop.
10% up to a max $50 if the hand ends on the turn.
10% up to a max $75 if the hand ends on the river.

The table on the May cruise had action all the time the casino was open. Same bunch of people, eastern europeans. No limit game and we saw a couple of rakes of $75.
Best bit of the lot - everyone folds and the $2+$5 blinds got raked 50c No chopping blinds allowed.
