that are stupid, it is the present system that they have to work with that is stupid. I have friends and family that work for the post office and they are not stupid people. When the current rates and regulations were put in place a year or so ago, too much was left to the interpretation of the employee who was reading the rule. Hopefully the powers that be at the postal service will make the process more black and white when they finally get around to fixing it.
