This is who you were thinking of Michael (Sam S R-6324). The site itself is gone, and the internet wayback machine only indexed the opening page, so unfortunately the data might be gone. I think Sam only collected ones, but if its something that is interesting to people we can maybe set up some collaborative page for people to upload some scans.
