The Marriott is VERY kid friendly...

but most of the high rise (Palm Beach) hotels are. The following Palm Beach Hotels have casinos on the premises:

Westin (Casablanca) - a little lower end
Riu (Cool) - new
Radisson (The Casino) - nice place
Occidental (?)
Hyatt Regency (Copa Cabana) - more expensive, but very nice
Holiday Inn (Excelsior) - lowest end of the Palm Beach hotels
Marriott (Stellaris) - Ocean Club and Surf Club are very nice and kid friendly. Surf Club, which has larger rooms has a VERY crowded beach area.

I believe the Radisson and Riu are both all inclusive, though you may be able to opt out. Given the exceptionally high level of cuisine on the island, I wouldn't want to be limited to the food at my hotel, but that's my personal take.

I believe most kids love it there.
