I finally managed to get the elusive 5000 NCV to complete this set. Available for $60 to the first response here, or via email. As discussed previously, these chips are manufactured in an assembly process where the inserts are placed into a cog wheel base and the inlay (a separate piece) is inserted into the center of the cog. Not certain what process is used to fuze all the pieces together (heat, pressure, chemical reaction, or combinations) but they sure seem solid and actually, are a nice handling chip-set (in-play).
