IMHO
From what I have read, they should get out of the limited edition business, because they don't understand that many chip collectors have been known to gamble, also and when we are provided good hospitality by an establishment, we tend to come back (or stay) and gamble. Hospitality and building a strong relationship with guests is they key to keeping a casino guest loyal, and it's cheaper than advertising for new guests. If Hooters could provide simple hospitality, such as non-assholish cage supervisors that get the big picture and focus on their guests, they could be successful. However they choose not too and it seems to come from the top down. Must be a real sorry place to work for.
