Go to "file upload" on the index page here and follow directions. After the image is uploaded look under your image and there will be a Url. copy and paste this url to you message either in the message box or optional image box below. If you use the optional image box be sure to remove the extra htpp:// that is already there. If you use the message box you have to use (see formatting)
