but only because it's one that they provide. I owned a Dell PC for about a year, found their customer service to be absolutely HORRIBLE...so I donated it. The laptop that I use that the owns is a Toshiba & is a nice computer & does a great job for what I use it for. My daughter will be going away to college next year (whether she wants to go or not ) & we're looking into getting her an Apple / MAC product.
