the delivery service DHL is worse. I get coins from the U.S. Mint. For some reason, those are usually sent to Memphis, then to Jackson, where they're supposed to be delivered by DHL. There have been at least 4 (one more pending now) cases where the tracking trail disappears at DHL in Jackson, Mississippi. I've had so many claims and arguments with the Mint personel about this. This was happening more times than not with state quarters with which I have a subscription. I finally threatened to submit a letter to the editor in Coin World mentioning certain names and their insistance in using DHL. I said that I'm sure that the Mint Director reads that publication, as I've seen his responses there. For the quarter subscription, they now send my coins registered mail through the Post Office at no extra charge! However, there seems to be a mint set somewhere out there - it was sent on the 8th, and I'm afraid through DHL.I ordered the silver proof set this week - wish me luck.
