I would be very careful choosing the

right 30-40 pocket pages in which chips are going to be directly inserted into pocket pages without first being placed into a non-pvc flip or cardboard with mylar window type holder.

I would NOT recommend putting chips directly into the 30-chip cutout pages for any long duration of time. It’s o.k. for temporary storage, but over time some colors (particularly red, pink and orange CHIPCO's) will bleed from being in contact with PVC pages. "PVC" is short for polyvinyl chloride … a chemical that is used on plastics to make it softer and more pliable.

Once this pvc chemical reaction takes place, you can not remove the bleed from the chip or the pages. It may cost a few cents more, but your chips will be safer using NON-PVC flips and pages.
