(I received a few emails telling me this was going on):

a) I have ALWAYS posted using my full name and membership number.

b) There were never any contracts in hand. When Dawn and I met with the Riv in January, we were told the following dates were the only ones available to us due to the drop in the room count, but there was never any paperwork on this:
2009: 6-11 September or 30 August-4 September.
2010: 29 August- 3 Sept.
