Bean counters will eliminate low profit sales, as they will lower the over all profit percentage.
If they have a projected 15% profit. Anything that makes a 10% profit will be eliminated.
Same thing happened to poker rooms in the early 1990's. They made small profits but actually made the bottom line look worse, percentage wise. It is about to happen again.
It is all about profit per Sq Ft.
