MSN Explorer eh? That really should be a super-set of Internet Explorer (6) - and I dont think they are doing anything odd but maybe. The next time I stop over my parents I will check that.

So I would just for fun try the following. Assuming everything is set up as default go to the start button, press the Start Button on the XP desktop, then select Run. It will bring up a dialog box, type

c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

And then press OK. This will bring up the baseline Internet explorer outside of the MSN Explorer shell. in the address bar type http://www.thechipboard.com

See if that makes any difference.
