I went through something similar when I began collecting and listing Nevada Ones. There were some No Cash Value chips that people called ones, but they didn't have a denomination on them. They were probably used for ones as many were white, but I decided not to list them as they weren't technically ones. What I've decided is that if it doesn't say "$1", "1" or "one", then I don't list it.

On the other hand, I do sometimes snag one for my own collection.
