Its from Manchester. It was the first issue (summer 2002), and probably the last issue as well. When I was there (opening weekend) they had them on the table but were using the 50p chips for paying out blackjack. I asked why they were not using the 2.50 and the dealer said that there wasn't really a reason. This casino closed sometime in mid-2006.
