I have put together a cheap laptop setup for a fairly poor lady who doesn't get around very well. As we all know, the Internet is a window to the world, and I am hoping this will enrich her life.

What I need to know is whom to choose as a cheap but fairly reliable IP for her. She lives in the Corona, CA area and will need a toll-free number and unlimited access (due to the number of hours she has to be home and sitting). Any input will be appreciated.
