your second to last sentence says it all. Remember, the State law (regulations) says in so many words that chips are for use in the casino and not to be used for any other purpose. Do you think the State would then turn the tables and go after every person who possesses chips that never should have left the casino? This demented mind wants to know that. Chuck T.
