Interesting question, but I think the best you would come out with is that the chips would be worth $7.50 (plus possibly 24 years worth of interest) -- which they are obligated to pay you when you sign the affidavit saying that they didn't come from the dig. I guess if they have to pay the interest, it would probably be close to $30 now.
