Wow, really? Well now they have fully furnished condos where you only pay rent for your room and they have a freakin water park. In Alabama, I had a ditch in the ground with some rain water to call a pool and carpet that was probably the original from 30 years ago and a deadbeat roommate. Oh, and my 'Entertainment Unit' was a cardboard box that some drunk people drew a VCR on and cut a slot for the tapes. That didn't matter. All we needed in college was the fridge for the beer (Beast Light) and ice cream. What other furniture do you really need? Believe it or not, my tennis team buddies used a shopping cart in their apt. to 'organize' their stuff. The good ole days for sure.
