I prefer using PayPal for both buying and selling, so this probably won't have much of an affect on me. I state in my auction listings that it is my transaction preference. I have agreed to MO transactions after an auction has closed, and I don't know how eBay could prevent buyers and sellers coming to the same agreements after an auction has closed.

One thing they are also going to implement is limitations on shipping and handling charges. That is something I think is long overdue.
