I think the BOD made a tough decision, and without knowing all of the facts that they know it isn't my place to "Monday-morning quarterback" what they've done.

We elect these directors to make the tough decisions and take the actions that need to be taken to protect the club and its 501(c)(3) status. There are legal considerations to each and every action the BOD takes and I don't think any of the directors take their responsibility lightly.
