These have been out for a year or two, Tracy. I believe they are used for the "bus promotions" Harrahs runs to get players into the Reno casino. There are 5, 25, and 100 denominations. They are hard to find, but I was able to purchase one of each at the cage last year. Had to be insistent that I really wanted to pay for those chips of no-value. If you look on the wall inside the first cashier cage window on the west side of the casino, you may be able to see these pictured as chips not to be cashed. At least they were so posted last year.
