I have a few of these for sale. It helps to know the Chinese culture and be able to communicate with the Chinese. I was able to buy some of these from a customer. Thats about the only way you can get them. They are NCV promo chips. They are over sized from a normal chip. The same on both sides. Pretty cool. Please contact me direct if interested.
