After an observation by Greg Susong that these chips and the new chips from the Santa Ana Star casino (New Mexico) appeared to be constructed in pieces, it has been determined that they in fact are assembled from pre-colored and pre-printed pieces. Printing seems to be a stylized form of hot-stamping with a $40K plus machine. Through the use of photoshop I have created a blow-up version of the various pieces needed to assemble a single 100 NCV chip for Sol Casinos. Not certain of the fusing process, but the printing appears to be done before fusing.
