No "error" at all. The Harrah's properties are well aware that there are a lot of chip collectors. Myself & Tyrus to name just two people, have talked to those in charge of chip releases at Harrah's properties. Explaining not only that there is a big chip collecting community, but how many would be best to order & the best ways to notify collectors when they release chips. It went in one ear & out the other. They really don't care about chip collectors.
