I'm a Plumbing Contractor plumbing custom houses in Southern CA. One Geothermal house had a "double walled" dome, extending over ten feet in the ground to what I was told was the Geothermal Barrier. The house was shaped as a dome and had neither heating nor air conditioning, yet maintained a perfect tempature all yr long.

The Other was owned by a Billionaire and the outside walls were VERY thick and made of straw that he grew on his own land. Again, no heating or air conditioning.

Some of the cleanest burning cars run on natural gas.....my previous proposal with the tankless water heaters would not only free us from the grasp of foreign oil, but also dramatically cut down on pollution. This isn't waaaaay down the road......everything is already in place to begin immediately......the only one in the way is Big Oil.
