Do we really think converting to wind or solar power will be any quicker?

I mean my car gets great gas mileage, but unfortunately the wind and sun doesnt help me get to work right now.

Oil will ALWAYS be a part of our lives (At least during my lifetime). Why dismiss offshore drilling as even an option to the point of refusing to even vote on it. Isnt the Voting process the "Democratic" way to find a solution?

Partisan politics played at its vey finest and surely people on both sides of the fence can see that one.
