Jeff, TKS for the reply. We all have our own opinion about "wet" chips. Mine is, cruise ships are unique because unlike Riverboats, Day cruises and Ferry lines (where all one has to do is pay a small fee for a boarding pass or admission) on a cruise ship your paying in the thousands for an extended trip. Therefore your not just walking up the ramp, harvesting chips and leaving a few hours later. This uniqueness makes cruise chips much harder to come by. The challenge of getting cruise chips are, to me, what makes collecting them that much more enjoyable. Case in point RCCL Independence of the Seas. She has been sailing for nearly 3 months and chips from her have yet to surface. Imagine a day cruise, ferry or riverboat open for three months??
Chips would be on the secondary market in a flash. Again JMHO and whatever works for each of us is fine.
